Christmas Ornament

Happy Wednesday!  I hope you are having a good week.  Just think, we are half way till the weekend.  Today is Wednesday and here at Scrap-Creations is Stampotique Originals Designers challenge day.  This weeks hostess is Valerie, and here is what Val has to say about this weeks challenge.
"Lets see where your creativity takes you! Sequins come in every size and color and can be used in so many ways. Where will they end up in your project? :)"

This was a super fun challenge for me, as I have NEVER used sequins before.  I decided to make a Christmas ornament and used the sequins as my snow.  I used Reindeer by Magda Polakow, and  Tree-O by Jo Capper-Sandon.  This was a super fun and easy challenge and I hope you will join us over at the Stampotique Originals Designer challenge for a chance to win $30.00 in free product.  Can't wait to see what you great.  Have a great weekend.

Dark Angel

Happy Sunday!  I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving.  I am a bit behind this week with this weeks Stampotique Originals Designers challenge card. This weeks hostess is
Nellie van Leeuwen and here is what she had to say about this weeks challenge.
"It's that time of the year that you know you should have started earlier with your Christmas cards. So now you have to come up with some quick and easy (yet stunning) Christmas cards"

My card for this challenge is about as simple as you can get. I broke out my cuttlebug and used an embossing folder for the background and literally one strip of DP.  I used Daniel's Tree Topper by Daniel Torrente... This is a super fun challenge and we would love for you to join us at Stampotique Originals.  Have a wonderful evening.

Have fun ! "  I love this challenge, and since we are nearing Christmas, I went with Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, and my quote was from the Grinch.  I love this reindeer stamp, which was created by Magda Polakow, and I created and cut the tree from scraps.

Take a Box

Happy Thursday!!! I am a day late, but I certainly didn't forget this weeks Stampotique Designers Challenge.  This week  Samantha Read  hosting this weeks challenge, and here is what she has to say.
"I think we all have boxes that we throw away and so this week I'm inviting you to take an empty cardboard box and and later and decorate it to your hearts content.I can't wait to see your boxes, have fun!"
I thought this was a SUPAH fun challenge... I am a bit of a hoarder when it comes to anything I can possibly alter, so when I saw that we were doing this challenge, I headed down to my stash and pulled out a box I had purchased at the dollar spot at Target. I used Kate Cranes stamp: Peace Love With Words on the Side.

I always have to have a purpose when creating a card or project, I worked it that I could give this box as a gift and fill it with homemade cards.  I know just the person to give this to.

Well, I am off to bed.  I hope you have a great rest of the week, and I hope you will join us in this weeks challenge. Thanks for stopping by :)

Going Grey With Scrap-Creations Challenge: Make it Sparkle!

Happy Tuesday!!! I hope you enjoyed your weekend.  Today we have a super fun challenge for you.  This week Peggy wants to see your projects that "sparkle".   I have to admit that I am not a huge glitter fan, so this was a bit of a challenge for me.  I went simple and added a drop of Stickles to the reindeer's nose. That is about as much sparkle as I can do ...LOL  I used the Reindeer stamp, which is a fairly new stamp from Stampotique Originals and was designed by Magda polakow.  I am trying to keep things simple for the Christmas cards, as I will never ship them if they are bulky or if I have spent to much time on them.  I just can;t stand the thought of them getting thrown away...LOL

Last weeks challenge entries were AMAZING!!!! Have much tortureTOP 3, which are:
, I narrowed it down to the

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!!! Hard to believe it is already the end of October.  This year went by Crazy fast.  I created this journal page for this weeks Stampotique Originals Designer challenge.  This weeks hostess is Arwen McCullen and here is what she had to say about this weeks challenge.
"I love creepy things and I like weird, combine in your work a little scary and a little confused"

This is a super fun challenge for me, as I think all of my journal pages are confused.  Never a rhyme or reason, and this page is no different.  I used Topher as my main focal point and used the dog cube to fill in my circles.   So, wanna get scary confused with us over at Stampotique Designer challenge.....Hope to see you there!
